All of these representatives, perhaps six or seven on Monday, said that a healthcare overhaul would most likely benefit their businesses and they are planning accordingly.
They believe that as diagnostic imaging is forced to improve all facets of their operations to help offset anticipated reimbursement cuts, many of the sacred cows - those departments and processes heretofore exempt from internal scrutiny - will disappear.
That may or may not be the case, but their attitude is optimistic.
