Take that survey - it's good for you
At a pre-conference session, Joe White, a principal at LarsonAllen, reviewed important data on the true costs of an internal billing department. White was very clear about the survey results, which could have/should have been higher. The surveys you are asked to take contribute to a database from which you can make more informed decisions about your 0wn enterprise. That information, by the way, is the number one question I am asked these days. Specifically, the question is, "So what is everyone else doing about [this issue]?" Your participation in a survey has a direct line back to your business and that information can be powerful. So the next time you are asked to take a survey by the RBMA or anyone else, I urge you to take the ten or so minutes it may require. It'll be good for you.
