ImagingBiz.com aims to provide a stimulating forum where readers can talk to us and to each other about issues in a civil and professional way. Good posts and comments add more information to a story, express a different viewpoint and/or help create intelligent debate.

To facilitate a quality community forum on ImagingBiz.com, we enforce the following rules. We will delete comments that violate these guidelines promptly.

  • Anonymous comments and spam are not allowed.
    • If you intend to comment on an article you must use a personal, non-commercial URL or leave the URL field blank. Commercial URLs are unwelcome, give us no information about you, and are considered a form of Spam called Comment Spam .
    • You must use either your real name or nickname when registering or commenting. Absolutely no “keyword” type names will be tolerated. (i.e. – “Ringtones”, “Watches”, “Free Downloads”, and so on.)
    • Absolutely no paid comments are allowed.
    • Links to Spam, Phishing sites or other harmful content are not allowed.
  • Comments must be in a professional tone. While we welcome debate, we do not allow personal attacks or harsh, foul, demeaning or overly critical language. This includes using first letters and symbols to stand in for expletives. Likewise, any comment that is libelous or defames another person or company will be deleted.
  • Commenter Privacy and Protection: All email,  addresses, phone numbers, and any private and personal information posted in any comment will be deleted as soon as possible to protect the privacy of the commenter. To prevent such editing, never share this private information within a comment or post. We require an email address for commenting, but these are not published. They may be used by ImagingBiz.com staff to contact you privately.
  • Etiquette: A comment that does not add to the conversation, is off topic, kills the conversation, includes an obviously accidental expletive (bad typo) or is written in all caps (SHOUTING in internet language) may be edited, moved, or deleted.
  • Rights Reserved: ImagingBiz.com reserves the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments and to shut down entire comment threads. We also reserve the right to block access to any one or group from commenting or from the entire site.
  • Hold Harmless: All comments on this site are the responsibility of the commenter, not ImagingBiz.com. By submitting a comment here, you agree that the comment content is your own, and to hold ImagingBiz.com and all subsidiaries and representatives harmless from any and all repercussions, damages, or liability.
