Toshiba Wins $214 Million Government Contract Extension For Radiology Systems

Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc., Tustin, Calif., has won a modification on its government contract to provide the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), along with federal civilian agencies and the military, with radiology systems, subsystems and components. The modification exercising the fourth option year on the contract could pay as much as $214,041,309. Siemens Medical Solutions is also under contract, estimated at $2 billion, to provide DLA military with radiology systems. View the Defense Department press release here.
