The Indianapolis-based radiology physician billing and practice management services company Zotec Partners declined to confirm the exact size of its commitment to the ACR Foundation’s “Leading Radiology into the Future” fundraising campaign for the Radiology Leadership Institute. However, it is listed on the ACR’s website as a “Partner,” a distinction reserved for companies that contribute a half million or more. The only other partner is GE Healthcare.
The campaign has a 5-year Phase 1 goal of raising $5 million. It has raised more than $3 million of that amount to date from private and corporate donors. The funds will go toward educational outreach initiatives for the ACR’s Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI).
“This partnership gives Zotec Partners a unique opportunity to cultivate new leaders and program enhancements that will meaningfully serve the radiology industry so that it is successfully poised for the future,” noted T. Scott Law, founding partner of Zotec Partners in the press release. “Our professionals will work in tandem with the RLI to develop educational platforms for radiologists that further enhance their understanding and appreciation of corporate culture, strategy, fiscal policy and business management in our changing health care environment. As radiology business leaders, it is our duty and privilege to drive a program that will work to solidify and define radiology’s role in the American health care arena.”
