More Than 700 Vendors Bring Latest to RSNA
According to the RSNA website, a total of 705 exhibitors are in attendance this year, and of those, 105 are first-time exhibitors at RSNA. The technical exhibits occupy 437,975 square feet of the McCormick Center in Chicago and opened to attendees today. Despite concerns about the impact of reimbursement uncertainty on potential buyers, the new medical device excise tax on manufacturers, and the overall trend toward mergers and consolidations in health care, the numbers indicate a relatively healthy picture for the RSNA conference and point to its importance as the oldest and largest conference in radiology. Vendors traditionally announce their latest product introductions at RSNA to stand out in the crowded field of exhibitors. Among the new products being introduces are the following.
